It Feels Like An Arts Walk Day!

Rip that May 2022 page from the calendar because it's June now. The afternoons are long, The Cheech opens a few days before summer begins, and on this first Thursday you can get started early when Arts Walk takes over Downtown.

Inlandia has it all going on at the Main Library...independent booksellers, typewriters, a poetry open mic, and free popcorn.

Stephanie Barbé Hammer will read from her new novel (and Inlandia Books' first full-length fiction title) Pretend Plumber, and Typewriter Muse Bob Marshall will set up a collection of vintage machines for you to try out for yourself on the ground level arcade.

On the other side of Market, Pain Sugar Gallery holds an opening reception for Intimate Sublime, a collection of recent works by Riverside-based artist Teodor M. Dumitrescu.

Of course, the best parts of Arts Walk are never planned. Go find them tonight!

Tickets are $10 and available here. For more information about the event, contact Teresa Woodard: twoodard@riversideca.gov or 951-826-5129.
