Vegan Pop-Up Marketplace Returns to Fairmount Park
The pop-up scene is thriving. Earlier today I saw a decent sized group of vendors in a Magnolia Center parking lot. People doing their spontaneous sales thing.
Also thriving: the plant-based scene. In the last few years more and more eaters have chosen vegan or vegetarian menus at home and in the wild.
